Company Background

Jack Uno was established in December 2025 by Jacquelyne Uno, an entrepreneur with over a decade of business experience. Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2010 with the sale of quality used bags. In 2013, she expanded into the fashion clothing business, which she successfully managed until 2019. From 2020 to 2024, she specialized in branded bags, continuing to build a strong reputation for quality products and excellent customer service.

Driven by her passion for sharing Filipino culture through food, Jacquelyne founded Jack Uno as a Filipino restaurant in Japan. The business quickly gained popularity for its freshly baked Buko Pie, becoming known as the only Filipino bakery in Japan that bakes Buko Pie fresh every day instead of selling frozen products. Today, Jack Uno continues to offer authentic Filipino desserts and savory dishes, bringing the taste of home to the Filipino community while introducing Japanese customers to the rich flavors of the Philippines.
